P.S: I've read from people that I should get a Phenom II 4 and with the saved money i should get another graphics card. Or is it better to buy the Phenom II 6 right now instead of having to upgrade later.

What components should I change/keep?

I welcome any suggestions and thank you.

I wouldn't usually recommend it, but BullDozer is supposedly just a few days away and since your building AMD anyway, it might be worth just holding off for a week and seeing what's on offer. Im not saying its going to be much better, and ive no idea what sort of prices they will be, but its worth finding out i guess :)

He could at least get a server board an the 16-core BD chip if the desktop chips are a flop ;)

But yes, waiting if possible will at least give you the ability to make a more informed decision.
