I wouldn't touch it. No reviews I can find and the specs are suspect. The manufacturers website lists it as 1366x768@60hz then also mention 165hz without resolution. If they are that sloppy about listing specs. That does not bode well for build quality. Even if 1920x1080@165Hz is possible. That is likely overclocked speed.

Get a trusted brand. You can get an MSI screen with a nice panel, good reviews and 144hz.
