I have hp z400 with following spacs:

Processor : X5690
Gpu : Gtx 1060 6gb blower style
Ram :8gb ram ddr3
Hdd : 250gb and 320gb

My problem is whenever I play games or anything that requires more gpu power my gpu temps reaches up to 82-83c and that's not good even though my gpu usage is 50-60% mostly but I still face temp problem while gaming...I have tried the following:

I have uncapped my system so i can get more air to my gpu
I have increase the gpu fan speed to 75% so I can get rid of heat more quicker

Now I want something like plug in more fans to front so I dont have to open my case every time I play games. But I have no idea how and where to plug in more fans in that pre build machine or if the mother board will let me plug more fans?

Any optimal solution to cool down this case will be much appreciated ..

this is the image of my build...

I'm sorry I misunderstood your question.
Maybe one of these would work for you. Be sure and measure to see if it will fit. They're very large.

Or the single fan version.

They're about 2 1/2 slots wide and from 3-18mm taller than the GPU.
They do fit inside Dell workstations which should be about the same size.

I actually ended up putting one fan on front so my system can take more air inside and cool my gpu and gpu's temp went from 45 to 41 on idel and on gaming it went from 80 to 74-76...
