I built this computer awhile ago, and looking to get more out of it. I mostly play World of Warcraft, Diablo 3, and Torchlight 2.

Windows Home Premium 64
Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 2.66 Ghz
Nvidia GeForce 8800 GTS
4GBs Ram
PSU 850 W Max

Should I look into upgrading everything? Or would a couple things suffice? I'd like to run those games I listed on the highest settings. Any input would be appreciated!

From my point of view, it is already time to put E6750 and GTS8800 to retirement if you are planning for upgrades.
Upgrading LGA775 system is no longer worth it if you ask my opinion.
How would you respond if I recommend you to get new proc, ram, gpu and mobo?
e.g. i5 3570k, ASRock Extreme4 Z77, 8GB DDR3 CL9 G.Skill Rip Jaws with GTX660
Wow, 850W PSU!? That's more than a little overkill. What brand & model is it if you don't mind me asking. Also what's your motherboard?

First thing I would say is to upgrade your Video Card. That would make a world of difference but I'll hold on recommendations until I see that PSU & Mobo.

Looks like the PSU is overkill for your current system - if it's a quality PSU, it should be ample for any build to play WoW and Diablo 3 on max settings (don't know much about Torchlight requirements).

You'll probably need to upgrade the GPU and it would be wise to double the ram (especially with a 64 bit OS), but not entirely necessary if you don't have much else running while gaming.

We'd need the resolution you want to use to recommend a video card (and whether the Core 2 Duo would then become a bottleneck).

The mobo is an Asus P5K-E. I am unable to check what PSU it is at the moment but will find out ASAP.

Meant to reply directly to your post, am wanting to play on 1920x1080

I would be open to that, but I may not be able to upgrade all at once, would I be able to just start with the mobo and processor? Or would this pretty much have to go with everything together? Something like this graphic card? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127696

Is the 660 overkill?

My PSU is Topower Epower ZUMAX ZU850W 850W ATX12VEPS12V Active PFC Power Supply

I do not know what is your current RAM.
If it is DDR2 than you must upgrade proc, mobo and RAM (DDR3) at the same time.
If it is already DDR3, you can upgrade only proc and mobo first.

GTX660 is good, but if you do not have enough money right now, you can also keep your 8800 first and buy it later, altho' your GPU will bottleneck the new stuffs..
The same goes the other way around, you can buy 660 first and the rest later, altho' your proc and the rest will bottleneck your new GPU.
