Need good 17" LCD for less than $750

I will be going away to college in less than a year and I will need a good LCD display because space is limited in college dorms. I would like to know which LCD display would be recommended to play games, watch movies, and general computer use. I dont want to spend more than 650-750 dollars. What would you recommend?

I think it is pretty nice for the price. Not sure how good games will run. I think all current FPS type games have some problems with flat panel monitors because they have crappy refresh rates.
