Need Help Choosing a PSU

monitor:18.5" Samsung LED widescreen
ram:2x Kingston 4GB PC3-10600 DDR3
mobo:ASUS m488t-m
harddrive: samsung 1TB 7200rpm sata
GPU: radeon hd57700
optical drive:samsung SH-222AB 22x sata

this is my home built rig , how many watts of PSU do I need to run all of this without choking anything.
 

around $50 (much better if less) :)

and yeah I'm not planning to upgrade for more than 2 years :)

would a 450w suffice?
 
i would recommend spending a little more on a PSU, as it directly effects every unit in your system, and could fry any single or multiple combination of hardware. But, if $50 is all you have, i recommend these:

all of these are under $50 after MIR. Please don't skimp on your PSU. You will regret it.
