I have an idea in mind of what I want, but want to create a few workstations as cheaply as possible, the system is not used for gaming and for video probably just youtube clips ..

I already kind of figured out the monitors I want and size with a stand, (3) 20" monitors stacked vertically ..

Problem is designing a computer that can handle 3 monitors cheaply, I may need to get 5 or 6 workstations like this, so the cheaper the better .. Sound isn't important, like I don't need a super sound blaster card or anything, maybe just basic functionality .. I just need something to display info on 3 screens with basic computer web based functionality ..

Storage isn't that important either, like a min hard drive is fine ..

Almost any current graphics card can handle three monitors concurrently. 20 inch monitors can't be REALL high res, 1080p probably. Just make sure you have the proper inputs on the monitors. Display port or HDMI would be the most flexible. You can get adapters for them. DON'T use VGA. New graphics cards do not have analog outputs.
