Need help deciding which to buy first? Processor or Monitor?

This is a weird question to ask but I wanted more opinions for this month I'm going to be buying either a processor or monitor I was wondering which should I get first I am going to get both in the end I just wanna know which is more important.

Processor: Intel i7 4790k:

I would buy the monitor first as you will see a huge difference in gaming over 60 FPS, given your graphic(s) cards are powerful enough to push the FPS that high.

I'm not sure how that's an upgrade for your CPU or what you think is going to be faster?

^^^I agree, unless you plan on overclocking that i7-4790K (you will need a Z series MB) I don't think the extra 400mhz is worth buying a new CPU.
