Need help finding a motherboard for i5 2320 and GTX 750 TI SC

Solution
Highly unlikely that it will work with any motherboard, except what came with it. Oh and unless you have a retail copy, you will probably need a new windows license as well. At minimum, a new case, motherboard, and CPU. You could go with a haswell based i5 and board. It would allow you to keep your ram, at the very least. Also, get a proper psu. You are risking a fire, with that thing. The new corsair CXM's are actually pretty decent, from my understanding. Better units than the old CX line. The 450w would be enough, but chose the 650w, for upgrade headroom.

CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor ($178.88 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard:...
At this point you might as well just replace the whole damn thing, you can get an i3 4320 on an h97 board for under $180, not much more than it would cost to get a brand new h67 board for your chip. You could always go used, but again, not much point to upgrading just the mobo

Do you have a link that i can use to find that product?

that has a PCI Express 2.0 x16 slot

the 280w power supply is the issue

you need to upgrade that. not the motherboard

No, 280W is more than enough (but likely garbage quality), some older motherboards indeed can't work with newer cards. Some manufacturers screwed up backwards compatibility by tweaking things so they would only work with UEFI systems, and not all sandy bridge era motherboards support UEFI firmwares.

Sorry i forgot to mention that i have a Coolmax ZX 700 which is more than enough power, but when i put the 750 Ti in the Lenovo logo pops up and the PC beeps 3 times with a 20 second pause between each one then the screen goes black

That thing is likely no better than the OEM 280W PSU that it came with... Considering it only has one PCIe 6 pin and one 6+2, it likely isn't truly rated for more than 450W.

True so does that mean the problem could be my power supply?

Highly unlikely, the more likely issue is that your firmware for the motherboard is old and doesn't properly recognize modern cards. Try going to the lenovo website and seeing if there is a UEFI/BIOS update for your computer

I have checked many times and it says there is no BIOS update available for my product, so im guessing i need a new MOBO with a more up to date BIOS? If so what mobo do you recommend

It's not worth updating a sandy bridge motherboard, you either have to go used (no help there) or pay a ton for nothing in return. Might as well take the opportunity to fully upgrade your computer, an i3 6100, 8gb ram, and b150 motherboard can be had for $200

Would that mobo fit my pc though?
