Need Help Finding out what this video card is!

Earlier today I got my cousins old video card from there old computer which stopped working, I also ( i think so) have a computer from the same time era- around 2005 as both computers are BTX forms. I now can't install the drivers because I don't have the disk or know what the card was. Can anyone help? Maybe tell me what the card is from the numbers on the outside or something?

take a picture of the card?

click on start go to control panel click on secuity lookf or device manager click on that look display adapters click on that It should show what the card is

The picture isn't great but it could give you an idea. Ask if you need to know what the numbers are.

Look closer at the card PCB, check for serial numbers, model numbers or part numbers.
Then either paste it here or then just google for it. When you google it, search for images, you'll find the exact match that looks like the card you have in hand.
Then if you want you can narrow it down to the chipset and look for drivers.

The backside, see the barcode?
One printed Barcode and 3 stickers..... One of them contains all the info needed, it's sad you haven't been able to bring an of those or the PCB into focus in the pics you posted.
It's a VGA card ok.
Most probably an ATI card. 128Mb or 256Mb.... VRAM
