Question Need Help in budget mobo for I5 12400f.

Hello Community,

I am building a budget PC for gaming, already purchased RTX 3060ti and I5 12400f, Searching for a budget mobo, not looking for anything fancy, just want this mobo to be durable and to give good performance.
So far it seems H610 and B760 feels in budget.
I have finalize few :

Personally, i feel MSI PRO H610M-E DDR5 is a good choice since i am getting ddr5 and also cheap.
i am not going to upgrade my pc atleast for 5 6 years, so not looking for futureproof.

Need suggestions!

H610 chipset is as barebones as it gets. So, if you want cheap, go for that.

B760 has more features and is more reliable, that the cheapest of the cheap. So, you have a tradeoff, cheap price - low reliability; higher price - good reliability. Up to you.

For maybe a cheaper price than B760, look towards B660 chipset MoBos. Those do support DDR5 as well but can be cheaper than B760 chipset.
