[SOLVED] Need help. no post, fans and keyboard get power though

i have a i5 9400f
asrock pro4 b355
ram is in the correct locations
600 watt psu an an ssd to sada_0


tried removing cmos battery, tried cmos jumper. removed cpu to check the pins on the motherboard, they're fine. idk whats up/ i think i need a bios flash with an older cpu or something.

Never mind, i fixed it, cpu power cable or connector was bad.
