Im planning to upgrade my pc, my budget is round about 250€, I thought about a Ryzen 5 2600 with the GA-AB350 mainboard (I can get it from a friend for 40€) and 16gb of G.Skill Aegis DDR4 RAM.
  • My current build:
  • KFA2 1660 Super
  • I5 4460
  • MSI militaryclass 3
  • 8 gb Ram
  • Samsung Evo ssd
  • and a 1tb HDD
is it compatible? I would be grateful to hear your opinion on that or even other suggestions, thank you in advance.

What I would do is keep saving money and get a B550 board with a Ryzen 5600X when they are in stock and at the normal price.

A 5600X should be 300 USD and a B550 board you can get a decent one for 100 USD. So total 400 USD. Around 330 Euros.

Get 80 euros more and wait for the Ryzen 5600X to be in stock and at 300 dollars and you're in business. :)

Is the 2600 compatible witht he AB350 - yes it is. But a new board will have many more CPU upgrade options then the 350 board
Thank you, the only thing I have to pay attention to is the AM4 socket right? Do you have any suggestions for relatively cheap board with future options?
