Need help picking a tablet

Hey guys, I am on my phone so this may be the wrong forum but I need some help! I am a double major in computer science and math so I would love to a tablet I can take to my classes and code on. I am using a program called "eclipse" to code with and need a tablet that can handle that. I also like playing flash games while waiting for class to start so I'm not sure if Java based things like that are possible to play on it. I am also looking to spend around $300. If this is possible is would love some help! If not some direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!

Wanna try the newest Android 5.0? You don't have to use it for gaming, but I heard it is pretty powerful, I might get it myself.
