I bought a uzed hp laptop, but i cat sigh in. There is a password. I want to know how to reset password

We cannot help with password cracking because the person who owned the computer put it there to protect their personal data. Take it back to the seller and complain to them. They may have acquired it from the owner by illegal means so try to get your money back from them if they won't help. Any professional taking this work on will expect to see proof of ownership.
