Need help understanding pinouts

I want to make my own cables for my seasonic m12ii-520 evo,especially the 6-pin and 8-pin pci express ones,but i can't find a pinout diagram anywhere.How can I make one?Would it be viable if I copied the positions of the stock cables on the connector?
