Need help with cables

I'm looking for some ribbon cable that's in a dell dimension 8400 i have. The cable I want is about 1.5" wide and connects the I/O USB audio panel to the mother board on the front panel connector. See: http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/dim8400/SM/techov.htm#wp1060221
The other cable I'm looking for is thinner and connects the on off button on the front to the I/O panel. Any ideas what type of cables these are and where I can get them?

you might be able to find one on ebay or find someone on ebay that is selling alot of dell stuff and aske them if thay have one lyeing around.

They can't be exclusive to dell. I'm trying to find out what kind of cables they are. Ebay has nothing.

I took a look at the diagrams in the manual you linked to.

There is a front panel connector on the motherboard between the SATA connectors and the battery. Any chance that connector has two rows of small pins?

Same question for the front audio panel connector. Does it have two rows of small pins?

Yes both connectors have 2 rows or small pins.

Those are plain old ordinary standard connections for typical devices mounted on the front panel.

How about the connections on the front i/o panel. Can you describe them?
