I am running four fans (2 built into the case and 2 that I bought), but my motherboard is only able to control one of them. Currently, it isn't controlling any of them, because my fans are only 3 pin. It is generating a lot of noise, and what I'm looking for is something that I can use to control all four fans. I'm not sure how to go about this, and I don't want to spend too much on it.

PC build:

ASRock H97M Anniversary Edition
Intel Core i5-4460
Nvidia GeForce GTX 960
Not sure of the specific power source but it is a 550 watt Antec model, 80+ certified
8 Gigabytes of RAM
1 TB Seagate Barracuda

Solution
Well, my 3 hard disks say between 29 and 33C, and my GPU says 30C, but I am just surfing the internet at the moment, so my computer is idling
I have a similar PC to you, and it only has one case fan - 120mm exhaust fan.
Mine is controlled by the motherboard - only goes fast when the PC has been working hard for a while

Have you tried running your PC with only one fan? Would be a lot quieter....

What kind of temps are you getting right now?

My GPU is currently idling at 20ish C so I'll have to try disabling some fans and seeing how it goes. Thanks!
