Need Help with Games not picking up Video Card

I just realized that the game I am currently playing (DnD Neverwinter) is not showing a setting under display for video card like in this video i will link for this guy. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UXp0vA0OB8A
I have no idea why I do not have this setting showing up for me. I have a GTX 1060 by the way. Any response will help. I am getting terrible frame rate on all settings and when I talk to other people about it they have no idea why.

I'm not completely sure but make sure your drivers are updated, maybe upgrade to the latest game ready drivers.
