So I’ve got this issue with my pc. So story is, I had me PC shipped to me. Now before I left, I had it all boxed up and it worked perfectly fine. When I received it yesterday it looked like it was perfectly fine and in the same condition. So here’s the issue. I got everything plugged in and I’m ready to use my PC again. I turn it on, and everything is running fine. But then the monitor says it doesn’t have a signal, no matter what output I put it to or no matter what hdmi port I plug it into. (I had it plugged into the GPU port). It won’t give me a signal and I can’t see what’s going on. Then another issue arrises with the keyboard, that doesn’t turn on or work either. So I’m thinking, okay, maybe nothing works when plugged in. But no, I plug my mouse in, and it works or lights up at least, I plug my microphone in, and the light pops on. I’m not sure what the issue is here.

Was it shipped exactly as shown? Generally when shipping a PC the heavier components, in yours the CPU cooler and GPU, would be disconnected and packed separately to avoid damaging the motherboard with their weight stressing and flexing the motherboard.

Yes, I shipped it exactly like that. I’ve tried taking the cmos battery in and out, I have no idea how to reflash the bios with no display, and I really don’t know what I’m doing. So, I’m assuming the motherboard or something is broken? And if that’s the case then I’m just going to sell the parts that do work and buy a PS5 or something.
