Question Need help with my XFX Rx 570 8gb

Hello, so recently I bought Rx 570, and it's been nearly 1 month since then, but recently I don't know why when running superposition benchmark or a game I don't get the fps which I am suppose to get, I get less than half the fps, and in superposition I saw the gpu going crazily up and down the vram, temp and utilization everything was going from lowest to highest like a graph up and down and after sometimes the PC shuts down itself so what is the actual problem causing it?

I5 4570
H81m-ds21
16gb ddr3 1600mhz ram

(I am pretty sure there isn't any problem with bottleneck as it ran perfectly fine for a month)

You mean you purchased it used, correct? What GPU were you on prior to the RX570?
