The gpu i recomend you get is a 7950 the psu a corsair tx 750 cpu is good with the 3570 mobo is good

If you could get your budget to $1000(a big $200 change)

i would switch the 7950 into a 7870/GHz and add inside a nice SSD for more of a practical use because it doesn't seem you will be gaming all the time.
