[SOLVED] Need help with parts for a build

Hi, I would like some help finding parts for a computer. (only the computer is needed not monitor, mouse, etc.)

And another question would it be possible to put in the harddisk from the old computer into the new one to save money on the operating system? If not how would I go about installing an operating system on a completely new pc? (extra harddisk would still be needed.)

EDIT: Already own a disk drive if that is needed

The pc is going to be used for games.

HDD won't boot in a new setup , clean install with format would be needed.

If you already have a windows license then you can use the same windows key when you install on the new computer. Files can be kept on a formatted hard drive and plugged into a new computer but not the OS that is tied to the current hardware (specifically CPU/MOBO) so a new install will be needed
