I am currently building my pc, and we have screwed in the motherboard (b250m ds3h)
The the psu
(ATX CIT 400he)
And we're looking to plug it in.
The 20 pin has gone in fine, but the psu has a 2x2 plug and the mobo has a 2x4 plug, do we just plug the 2x2 into half of the 4x2 or are they incompatible. The psu also has a 2x3, which say's it's a "graphics plug" but there is no plug into my gpu
(Asus geforce gtx 1050)
Please help

Thanks

Solution
I would get a better quality power supply , with a 24 pin and the 4+4 for the CPU. CIT power supplies are poor quality.

It should work with just 4 in the CPU power , but not guaranteed and you require no Graphic cables the 1050 is slot powered.
