Your CPU is a bit overpowered for your GPU. Check-out what AMD has, they're usually cheaper and offer comparable performance. The GPU is always more important than the CPU, but they need to both be good. For instance, you can get a AMD Phenom II x4 965 for a lot less, and it's still quite good. Consider upgrading your GPU with the money saved, but the current GPU is already ok, if you would rather pocket the money.
