Okay my case keeps shorting out my hardware. How do I find the short?

Where can I get computer washers and rubber padding?

Should I get a new case?
Is there a 99$ range case with both top and bottom psu?

Also, should I consider making my own case? Building it into a wooden desk?
I have access to all materials for one and experienced.

Btw thank you for your time.

Also found a Dell server case, the good alternative?

i thinnk you should buy a new case or build your own which ever you are comfortable with but make sure that the case large enough to fit all stuff
