Question Need Serious Help ~ On TSC TTP 247 BARCODE Printer

Please Anyone can help me ? My TSC TTP 247 Barcode Printer every time i print Shelf Tag it Will have Red Blinking Light

already use the long pressing method but problem still consistent appearing this happen only Shelf Tag and Hard Tag if anyone willing to teach me to fix it please do tell me ,and i don't know whether or not this is the right Thread place to post this kind of question but i'm really URGENTLY need Help ~

I have solve this issue after throughout investigate as to why it's keep blinking red it's not ribbon or printer setting but the sensor have been change to side making the barcode printer TTP 247 unable to print Shelf Tag

Image Above show what the real Problem i'm facing the other day to fix this just move the sensor to the middle .
