Shouldn't be a problem then.
If you don't want to have the remote user go through the registry edit, then
stick with parallel port printers. These are probably an endangered
species, though--I wonder if MS will change the default mask to include the
USB ports in some future version of Windows?
On Servers, the best advice is to stick with drivers that shipped with the
server OS, and write custom INF files to connect a compatible driver to the
newer printer. Not a real simple process, but not too difficult, either.
