my motherboard disc is missing.the serial no. on our motherboard is KZ1218004842 .it is not available on the website.please help me.games,videos and music is not working on our computer now.so needs urgent help.

Hi m8 , download this and run it,
http://www.cpuid.com/downloads/cpu-z/1.69-setup-en.exe
it is a program called cpuz it will tell us what cpu you are using , what chipset and what motherboard model it is , when you get this info let me know and i will give you a link to the downloads you need.
when the program opens you should be on the cpu tab , tell me the processor name and package , then click on the mainboard tab and tell me the manufacturer and the model and the chipset and we are good to go.
