Where can I buy an OEM Windows XP Home? Im installing it on a computer that Ive already built. I need it cheap. Thanks.

Unless you are a system builder with a license agreement, I don't think its possible to buy an OEM version by itself, they are to be sold ONLY with a PC.

Of course, you can always try finding one dor d/l somewhere...

Local computer shop should have oem version (mom and pop store) or try going to a swap meet in your area.
