If fan is not quiet enough, I found a Noctua that should do the job. Since its flow rate is a little lower, I wouldn't use it if you plan to heavily load the switch and/or use it in hotter settings:

BTW, does anyone remember when Tom's actually reviewed networking equipment? I think the last such review I saw was of 802.11n routers.

Ok, I couldn't wait, it's anyway the most silent and the most efficient cooling (32C) for this switch ever.

Is that an intake fan, then? If so, I'd recommend putting a dust filter over it. You can get aftermarket fan filters, if you search. I think you probably don't even need to affix it - just resting it atop the fan is probably sufficient.

Right, intake fan that brings fresh air onto the the forest of heatsinks. Thanks, a 90mm dust filter would avoid blowing dust into the switch.
