[SOLVED] Network 2 vs Network 3

I have gotten new internet and have been having tons of problems with my PC and games. My brother is connected to the same internet but isn't having issues. I am pretty sure it is the Internets problem because it all starting occurring when we got new internet, and I have also tried all the game fixes to try and fix my problems but NONE have worked. One thing that is concerning is that is says I am connected to "Network 2" on my PC but it says that my brother is connected to "Network 3."

Question from Tiress : "Got new ISP, everything has been worse since!"

Ever since I switched from Spectrum to Frontier (A Cheaper ISP) My whole internet experience and PC has been * up. For one, my ping used to be around 30 now it's 60. Sometimes it will spike up to 100+, something I never experienced before. Even though it says I am getting better upload and download, I feel laggy. I play a few games, and one of them being Overwatch. Ever since I have been having game crashes, have been having sound issues and sometimes disconnected from voice chat because of an internet problem. It makes the game unplayable. Another game, Rainbow Six Siege, I started the game and where my region used to be eus (Eastern US) Is now changed to cus (Central US) My ping went from 40 to 60 also. But I live in Florida? Not Central US so why would it put me there? I am wondering if maybe there is some setting that is wrong, or configuration or is something plugged in wrong or maybe the internet is just worse? Please help!

Network 2 and network 3 are generic names. Are both computers connecting via wireless or wired. If wireless are the both connected to the same SSID ?

the network settings you have to acces internet are the same on both computer in the same router .

Sorry for no follow-up. I ended up moving states and got a new ISP shortly after this and that solved my issues entirely.
