Question Network driver issue?

Hi All,

I've been issues with my PC for the past few months where my internet would start becoming incredibly laggy within ~30-40 mins of booting up.

I run a wifi system (have a wifi adapter connected as I don't have ethernet and my motherboard doesn't have wifi compatibility).

As an example, I would be playing an online MOBA game and would have perfect ping until around 30-40 minutes in where the ping rises to 1000 until I restart the PC.

The issue has slowly become worse where it would only last 10-15 minutes and I would have to restart (I would have to restart even quicker than this if I did a high internet consuming activity such as streaming a video).

I have updated the network driver multiple times and it seems to fix the issue for a couple of hours but then goes back to how it was.

I run windows 10, AMD ryzen 5 3600, 16 GB ram and it's a 3 year old PC.

Any advice would be appreciated.

PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used)?

Make and model: modem, router, or modem/router if combined? How many network devices?

Make and model wifi adapter?

Check the wireless adapter before gaming. Then while gaming carefully check to see if the wifi adapter is getting very warm or even hot.

Use Task Manager and Resource Monitor to observe system performance.

Use both tools but only one tool at a time.

Leave the tool window open and viewable. Game as usual while keeping an eye on what system resources are being used, to what extent, and what is using any given resource. Especially when the internet starts becoming laggy.

Also run "ipconfig /all" (without quotes) via the Command Prompt. Copy and paste the full results here.

Really appreciate your quick reply,

PSU wise, i'm unsure of the model but it's a 750W Power Supply that came new with the PC (pre-built).

Can confirm its not a wireless adapter issue because I replaced my old one recently, the issue still persists.

Can also confirm it's not a modem issue either as I've recently moved houses, changed modems and the issue still persists (and all my other devices work perfectly fine on wifi).

I've tried monitoring resource and task manager, nothing unusual there.
