[SOLVED] Network printer - Loses connection overnight

Hi All

We have a Zebra ZP 500 connected to a Host PC and shared to a Client PC Via the network. (The printer only has a USB and not an ethernet port)
Both Running windows 10 Professional.

Whenever the host PC restarts the client PC loses connection and gives us the message "Access Denied"
To solve it temporarily each day i have to remove the printer and re-add it through the shared network.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

When you re-share the USB printer on the host PC doublecheck the access rights to ensure that they are correct and, if so, be sure to "Apply".

Go back and take a look at what you are doing when you re-add the printer as a shared device on the host PC.
