Hello,
Ok, so recently I've had to flush/release/renew my ipconfig and dns a couple times a week. My internet has been very very slow, but only on 1 of my desktops, wireless is working normally, other desktops are functioning normally. its just my custom built one that is acting up, anyone know a permanent solution rather than flushing my DNS and running ipconfig release/renew/all multiple times a week?

if you need more info, just lemme know!

Thanks,

Have you tried assigning the problematic desktop a static IP address?
Which router are you using and how old is it -- I've had a few fail with symptoms like this after 2-3 years. Also check to see that there are no conflicting IP addresses being assigned to the problem machine.

In addition to the info that Realbeast asked for, make a note of your IP configuration before service drops and after service drops. You can use ipconfig /all from the command line. Make a note of you IP address, Subnet mask, Default Gateway, and DNS servers.
