Question Never-ending chirping sound coming from PC and connected speakers ?

So....I cleaned up my PC from dust ...opened the case, disconnected the cables from the outside and closed everything back in . PC is running great , no problems . ....but now , there is an annoying chirping sound that just won't go away ! If i turn up my speakers manually I hear the chirping noise coming out of them as well.
While typing this post the chirping suddenly stopped ...maybe temporarily . All I did was play with the speaker's volume . Please advise me what to do.

You might want to reinspect all connections to and from the PC, in case anything might not be fully seated/secure in their connectors. You might want to also include the make and model of your speakers and their age.
