Hello guys
This is my first PC build im not experienced with pc parts i just watched youtube videos about pc build guide.
Problem is when i turned on pc in open case it took longer like 15sec to show any display and i noticed front LED fan spaining slower and LED light on Fan was like dimming blinking . i was using same PSU and PC Case and Fan with my intel i5 2400 LED lights were brighter and FAN speed was perfect. When windows started i saw FAN light went off and Fan stoped then CPU cooler Fan was slowing down speeding up and stoped and started again not stable all FANs including CPU slowing down to stop and spins again. Then i truned off my pc i thought maybe it's GPU requires more power so i removed rx5700xt and it was very hot then i installed MSI GTX1050ti and turned on it was same problem.
I really needs some help guys and sorry my english is not good

Mobo: Gigabyte x570 Aorus Elite
CPU: Ryzen 2700x
Cooler: wraith prism
GPU: XFX Radeon RX 5700 XT
RAM DDR4: 16GB Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200MHz
PSU: BeQuiet Pure Power 10 600W CM
SSD: kingston A400 240GB
HDD: WD 1TB
FAN: 2x 120mm corsair LED
