Just made a new PC in with the following parts: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/qfrLkJ.

Built the machine and got it to BIOS without issue. I got windows on a USB drive, plugged it in, and exited the BIOS. Nothing happened, and my monitor eventually turned itself off for lack of signal, so I tried to power the computer off. Front switch didn't turn it off, so I disconnected the power from the wall. Plugged the power back in and now it cannot be made to turn on at all - no fan spin or anything. PSU seems okay per the paperclip test and makes radiator fans spin up. Power button also isn't the problem, seeing as the screwdriver method didn't work. I worry that the board might be dead. I didn't think it should be able to brick after losing power one time, but I don't know what else the problem could be. Maybe it was just taking a long time to boot from the USB and I pulled power at the wrong time? Anything I could be missing, or any way to test if the board is bricked?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Breadboard the innards and try wot work with the bare minimum to get a display out using the iGPU(no discrete) on the platform. If that works, you can add the discrete GPU to the platform while breadboarded.
