New architecture rendering and gis multitasking build

so i am looking to potential build a secondary machine specifically for all of the windows programs i need for architecture school. I will be using it for rendering (autocad, 3d-max, rhino, sketch-up) potentially some adobe suite work, and ESRI archgis processing tasks.

soft budget would be 700 no more than 1000
