Question New build but delayed windows boot

Hello,

I recently changed cpu, mbo and ddr. The same m2 nvme ssd on which is os. And this happens what should i do. I'we updated bios. Previous board was b550 and ryzen 7 5700x and it worked all well. Also when trying to boot from usb media (windows) it cant boot.

Did you reinstall the OS? If not, that's what you need to perform.

Ok but it wont boot from usb removable. I created windows installation media.

How did you create BOOT USB ?
Make sure your BIOS is set to UEFI only. TPM enabled. Properly made boot USB should be recognized in BIOS as bootable as Windows UEFI on that device.

I downloaded from windows site and choose 1st selection not bootable iso.

Still don't know how you did it. Did you use Windows Media Creation Tool from Microsoft's official website to create bootable media ?

Yes i did can you tell me do i enable uefi only or uefy + legacy for bootable device. Than i downloaded 2nd option iso and here i am probably bad bios boot settings

For W11 just UEFI, only way to enable TPM and secure boot.

I get error code 0xc0000221 when trying to install windows from removable media and i setup boot to windows uefi and secure boot mode to standard.

You may need to clean and reformat disk windows are going to be installed on. Do you have any other disks connected ?

I have 2 normal ssds, i can format one of them.

I instaled fresh copy of windows on a nvme. Now it should perfom well. Using Rufus.
