Question New Build "Hanging Up" ?

Hey there! I hope you are all doing well.

I recently built a computer comprised of :
MB - Gigabyte X670 AORUS Elite AX
PSU - Corsair HX1000i
GPU - MSI RTX 3070TI
CPU - Ryzen 9 7900X
CPU Cooler - Corsair H150i Elite
RAM - GSKILL Trident Z 16x2 at 6000Mhz
OS - Windows 11 Pro

I'm currently using a 980 Evo 2TB M.2 SSD as my only storage.

My PC "intermittently" (sometimes every 7 minutes, sometimes not at all that day) will "hang up"
or freeze for a quick moment. The PC during this "hang up" will freeze for a quick moment, all of my usb devices lose power for (what I can guess is) less than one second, my RGB on my RAM and my watercooler will turn off as well. This will last for a few moments and then all goes back to normal.

I've SFC scanned and found nothing. Done memory integrity checks but no cigar. I have noticed that if I am using a Bluetooth device, such as a controller, and the system "hangs up" my PCs Bluetooth wont turn back on until I restart the machine. (Windows 11 actually will claim there is no Bluetooth available on this PC)
Does anyone have any idea what steps I could take to troubleshoot this further?

What BIOS version are you currently on for your motherboard? When the issue crops up, use HWMonitor to monitor your temps and see if anything stands out. Might want to loosen the mount on the AIO and see if the issue persists.

You stated this to be a new build, did you recycle your older OS drive?

PSU - Corsair HX1000i
How old is the PSU?

Using command prompt it shows my BIOS version to be "F5". I have been iffy on updating the BIOS as I've seen some not so good comments about to more up-to-date versions. I'll download HWMonitor and report back if I see anything stand out.

The build is only 2 months old and my old PC now sits in the ol' ladys office.
PSU is only 2 months old as are the rest of the parts.

Would a hotter than average 7900X point towards loosening the AIO mount?

Should I update the BIOS despite the negative feedback I've seen?

Of course once I post this it takes three days for the issue to show up again. (This has been the longest I've waited for it to happen)

Checked event viewer and got this error at the time of the "hangup":

I'm not well versed in event viewer so I'm not too sure of what I'm looking at.
I uninstalled GCC so hopefully that fixes my hangup issue.

Will report back when I experience something else.
