Hello, I have a PC here which won't allow me to install windows 10. It did have Windows 8.1 working for a few weeks then began to blue screen in a continuous loop on startup. The Machine isn't mine however the setup looks fine (Components) - Ive built a few dozen machines for work and only had issues once which was the Vista install not hardware.

Anyway, this machine keeps blue screening, will start to load the Windows 10 install files, the crash, Ive seen a number of errors at different times, here are the errors seen so far

Kmode - another here but didn't copying it - enabling XMP seems to move this error to the irql error.
irql not less or equal installing
    kernel security check failure
    System thread exception not handled

Ive checked all leads, removed and reinserted the graphics card, shuffled the Ram about, 1 stick or two sticks and played with XMP on and off (Though I would expect it to work in either case?)

Machine
Intel i7
ASUS Z170 MB
Fury 8GB RAM
128 GB SSD + TB HDD

The windows install disk is fine, Ive installed two copies from the same disk, but I also tried a USB which I'd used to install on a Brix, which wouldn't work either. Bios etc all works fine, I suspect if its memory or CPU that the bios doesn't really push the boundries of computing even with the new interfaces.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do? I don't have a spare CPU or Compatible RAM for this system to check those,

Thanks

Bios is set to default, sorry forgot to mention, disconnected both drives and is throwing "irql not less or equal installing " exception when running boot media

Thanks
