You don't need such a beefy cooler but if you pan to swap out the processor to something much beefier, then the cooler you've got is good for future processor upgrades(of higher TDP).

2xSSD's, one for the OS, app's and launchers, while the larger SSD is for the game library. RTX3060 since your monitor resolution is at 1440p. Since you chose an matx motherboard, I thought it'd be fitting to go with an matx chassis. You can ditch the aftermarket air cooler as the Ryzen 5 7600 comes with a stock cooler, so that means you can save some money and then grab a cooler down the road.
