Question New Build: Lagging under minimal load, I'm SO new to this world, please help.

Hi everyone, Just finished my first build. 7800xt, ryzen 5 5600, b550m, 32gb ram, 1tb m.2, up and running! Getting 180 fps @ 1440p on PoE2 on ultra, happy camper, EXCEPT I'll randomly start getting glitchy, like my mouse if I spin the curser in circles it stutters, I thought it was mouse only at first, tried a new mouse, but it's not, my character can sometimes also get laggy, and then if I'm on the PC for an hour sometimes even navigating websites will start to get a little jumpy feeling. How do I figure out what's going on? I have no idea if all my drivers are right, I downloaded Adrenalin for my GPU... and I think that's about it...

Is this M.2 brand new, or it's your old build's artifact? If it's the latter, you may need to use DDU to clear the old graphics driver.

Are you using an 8000Hz polling rate mouse? Have you OC&undervolted your 5600?

I have no idea and I have not as I am new to this world lol, I have no idea how to do that. I don't think I should have to do that to not experience lagging though!

I think it may be network spikes? I have sys mon open and I see Disk spiking a lot (i assume that's normal?) and network spiking a LOT (i assume not a good thing?) CPU and Memory are super steady. I wasn't even in a game just now I was browsing zillow and my mouse got SUPER laggy for like 5 seconds it wouldn't move, then 10 seconds of really stuttery performance. What's the deal!?
