Question New build nothing turns on

Hello everyone, hope ur doing good :

I'm building my new PC right now (not my first one) and it seems like the motherboard is just broken out of the box, maybe not and I hope so I ask for help here cause this forum helped me a lot in the past and people are always kind ! What is happening is both RAM and CPU LEDs are turning on when im clicking on the power button and nothing is working.

First here is the config :

- MBD : MSI B650M Tomahawk WiFi
- PSU : Be quiet pure power 12M 1000W
- RAM : Crucial DDR5 32 GO 5600mhz
- CPU : Ryzen 7 7800X3D
- CPU COOLER : Thermalright frost commander 140
- GPU : i ran all the test with a RTX 2060, then a 6800XT
- CASE : NZXT H7 flow
- SSD : 980 pro 2TO

What I have already checked :

- All PSU cables
- State of AM5 socket pins (look at the picture) https://postimg.cc/4mmv2wGd
What I have already done :
- Bios Flash
- CMOS reset then another BIOS flash with an older version of BIOS (the one that is suppose to add compatibility with ryzen 7 7800x3D)
- Getting the cooler off, applying a different thermal paste
- Change GPU
- Removing the CPU and putting it back
- Trying to remove RAM excecpt slot 2
- Trying both x1 8 pins and x2 8 pins to power the CPU

I am kinda lost now and it really seems like my motherboard is just broken for some reasons.

UPDATE : got a new mobo (TUF B650 PLUS) and now nothing is turning on (even the debug led) except for the PSU, im desperate. (already tried CMOS reset and BIOS FLASH on this new mobo
