Question New build trouble

I built this setup for a friend:
Ryzen 5 8600G
Gigabyte A620M-H
Kingston FURY Beast Black EXPO DDR5

I've installed everything, but when I turn on the PC, the fans start spinning, no LEDs light up on the motherboard (assuming it has any), but nothing shows up on the display. I've already tried switching the RAM sticks. What do you think the issue could be?

This motherboard requires bios F20 for the 8600g. There are 8 bios updates before you get to F20 and five more after. Perhaps you need to install at least F20 to spring it to life.
