New build won't boot

coupel days ago i have buy a PC but after i put all the part and cable from Psu but it noting happen just spining cpu fan, no bips, no display, no boot. and a change to another one (buy 5 unit) still same changing psu same problem nothing up.

My rig :

Porcessor : AMD Richland A4-6300

Memory : 2x4gb patriot viper
(PV38G160C9K)

HDD : wdc 320 GB and Seagate 1tb

gpu : xfx RADEON RX 460 46B

PSU : BE QUIET! Pure Power 9 (500W)

Monitor : 20" benq & 32" Samsung

I don't think i do somthing worng,
i try 1 stick ram nothing, no gpu (Using Onboard Gpu) still nothing, another psu same error. what should i do?
