Hey All,

looking for some advice.

Looking to build a new computer from scratch.

I was looking to build a water cooled system.

I am looking to use a AMD and looking to install around 16-32GB RAM.

I am looking to get a case that is liquid filled.

my current system is around five years old so need to look at a upgrade.

Any suggestions or questions to help get me started would be great!

Thank you in advance!

GDV cable is for Gigabyte boards, that have such a port, for RGB. I do not believe that style connection is on your board, so that connector doesn't get used.

https://www.bitfenix.com/download/02-Chassis/ATX/Nova Mesh SE/BITFENIX 6+6 Controller (ARGB+FAN).pdf

Thank you for that link.

So my assumption where I have connected the PWM cable to the SYS_FAN1 port and then connected the plug that connects to three pins one being apart to the other two on the D_LED1 port would be correct??

If so how would I control the fans is it from the top of the case using the LED button or by the means of using the software?

So Iv'e received the ARCTIC Liquid Freezer II 240 A-RGB 48.8 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler and it seems that the plates dont fit the motherbaord as it hitting some of the circuits to the left of the board and it wont fit at the top as the rear fan is blocking it any advise please?

Did you install the spacers, for the mounting brackets. Looking at the manual, for that cooler, it looks like it should be higher than what I am seeing in your pic. It could be an optical thing though.

The rear fan mounting looks like it is slotted, to accommodate an AIO mounted in the top. If it will still not fit, just remove it, or move the rad to the front.

All that matters is the fans are sending air in the correct direction, more so than their placement. Push or pull doesn't really matter much, but the push is usually the preferred method. What is that inside the spacers? It doesn't look the same as the manual, or this video, that I found.

They are the stanfoffs which i have just realised are used for intel ill remove them now.

As for the cooler itself it wont fit at the topas the rear fan is blocking it what are my options here please?
