Question New computer, no video output

I recently built a new computer and everything runs fine (entire pc turns on, fans running normal, usb ports work) but when I booted the pc up and hooked it onto my monitor through hdmi port, there was no signal. I have already tried plugging in hdmi through the mother board and gpu, but still no signal.

My specs are:

Monitor: Acer R271 27 inch
GPU: EVGA 1660 Ti
CPU: AMD Ryzen5 2600x
PSU: Corsair CX 550 watt 80+ Bronze
Motherboard: MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX (2 x 8GB)

Yes, I have all the cables necessary from power supply to graphics card and have them connected/plugged in as well.
