Not the weight as long as you seat it properly.

As for the size, it is rather big. You'd need to check the size...

which headsink do you propose?i m in a dilemma about the overclocking.i'll buy a good cpu cooler at this point primarly because of the noise that the stock cooler does

First off, you bought the best bang for buck CPU. I'd suggest investing in a decent cooler. You should overclock that CPU. It's great once overclocked.

Overclocking an FX 8320 is really easy, especially on your motherboard.

As for the cooler, the most popular cheap cooler is the CM Hyper 212 EVO. The best of the best air cooler is probably the Noctua NH-D14. I can get 4.5GHz stable (around my motherboard's limit) overclock on my 8320 with a Hyper 212 EVO, you should be able to go even higher. I have hit 4.7 before but it's not really advisory on my motherboard, however yours is completely capable.

that's why i got this motheroboard.in case i wanted to overclock.anyway, you suggest the noctua, but should i be worried about the weight and size of that cooler?

and something else.can you tell if my case will fit the noctua cooler??i know that the height is fine.but i can;t tell about the length.http://www.coolermaster.com/product/Detail/case/mid-tower/n300.html

The issue with cheap Cooler Master cases is that cooling is really bad. There is no room for cables behind mobo and the fan that it comes with is garbage. If you are thinking about spending some cash on CPU cooling then you need to think about case cooling cuz it is extremely important too. For the price, look into the Corsair 300R (not 200R) and Zalman Z9 plus.

changing case is not an option for the time being since i bought this one when i bought the cpu,the mobo and the new ram, circa one week ago.so at this time i'm looking only for a cpu cooler since the stock one is not very good and is really loud.can you tell if the noctua cooler will fit in my case?
